ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Glenn Personey is President and Founder of Personey M&A Consulting. Through his firm, Glenn helps individuals and companies master all aspects of the Vision, Strategy and M&A process. Prior to launching, Glenn successfully led M&A, Strategy and Business Development initiatives for more than 40 years at Flint Hills Resources (subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc), Conoco, Inc and Clark Refining and Marketing.
Glenn translates his experience into a pragmatic leadership style with a plainspoken approach to help companies complete transactions, reset strategy, optimize their businesses and improve their own internal capabilities.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, graduating with honors from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hunting and gardening.
